Anyone who knows my husband and I knows we use our vacuum sealer a lot! We make big Costco meat runs and divide / vacuum seal portions to fit our family size. Before I’d used one, I thought it was the biggest waste of money gimmick ever. Boy was I wrong! We have pulled vacuum sealed meats out of the chest freezer that are two years old and they are just as good as if we’d bought them last week. We don’t ever throw food out because of freezer burn.
